Kim Boyd is the founder of Career Glow and the creator of the G.L.O.W. Framework—a practical approach designed to help professionals gain clarity, build confidence, and intentionally manage their careers.
As the Founder of the Career Ownership Movement, Kim believes that careers don't manage themselves. After more than 36 years in banking, leadership, talent acquisition, higher education, and career coaching, she has seen firsthand how quickly industries change and how important it is for professionals to invest in themselves long before they need to.
Her own experience navigating job elimination after decades in corporate America reinforced a powerful truth: while job security may be uncertain, career ownership is a choice.
Determined to help others prepare for change rather than simply react to it, Kim developed the G.L.O.W. Framework, empowering professionals to:
