The Origin of Career Glow
Career Glow didn’t begin as a business idea. It began as something Kim naturally did for others throughout her career.
Early on, colleagues and friends often came to her for help writing resumes, cover letters, and even college term papers. She quickly became the person people trusted to help them organize their thoughts, present their experiences clearly, and prepare for new opportunities.
Over time, those small acts of support revealed something deeper — a gift for helping people recognize strengths they often overlooked in themselves.
That gift eventually evolved into Career Glow, a platform dedicated to helping professionals gain clarity, build confidence, and intentionally manage their careers.

She holds the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credential through the National Career Development Association, a nationally recognized certification that prepares career professionals to guide individuals through career exploration, job search strategy, and professional development.
Kim is also a Certified Sparketype Advisor (CSA) through the Sparketype Certification Program.
