world of work, Kim Boyd knows one truth: careers don’t manage themselves.

As the founder of Career Glow, Kim helps professionals take ownership of their careers

with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Her approach blends lived leadership experience,

practical career strategy, and a deep beliefthat every person deserves to understand

their value in the workplace.

Kim’s career journey spans over 35 years across leadership, operations, talent acquisition,

and career development. She has coached professionals at every stage—from individuals

navigating job transitions to

leaders preparing for their next strategic move.

Known as The Career Confidence Coach, Kim’s mission is simple:  help people stop drifting

through their careers and start owning them. Through coaching, workshops, and community

programs like C.A.R.S. (Career Advancement & Readiness Support), Kim creates supportive

spaces where people gain the tools, insight, and confidence to move forward with intention.
